30-Day Return Policy



You have 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.



To Be Eligible for a Return:



  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition
  • Products must be in the original packaging
  • Receipt or proof of purchase is required



Returns must be initiated by contacting us at bitaminsps@gmail.com. Please wait for approval before sending anything back—unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


Once your return is approved, you’ll receive:


  • A return shipping label
  • Instructions for returning your item

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on the following:


  • Perishable items (including treats and supplements)
  • Opened or used products
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care or grooming items
  • Hazardous materials or flammable substances
  • Sale items and gift cards

Need a different product? The fastest way is to:

  2. Place a new order for the item you want once the return is approved

Damaged or Incorrect Orders



Please check your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 3 business days of receiving it. Include:


  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos (if applicable)

European Union Customers



If your order is delivered within the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason. Products must be unopened and in their original condition. Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds



After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status:


  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days
  • Your bank or card provider may take additional time to process it
